• Claim Harmony Hollow artwork, characters, designs, or other content as your own

Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, characters, designs, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.

3. The Harmony Hollow Kindness Trail

The Harmony Hollow Kindness Trail is intended to encourage acts of kindness and allow participating Kindness Cards to travel from person to person.

You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address simply to scan a Kindness Card, look up a card, or follow its journey.

When adding information to a Kindness Card’s journey, please do not submit inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, or intentionally false content or personal information about another person without permission.

We may remove Kindness Trail entries that are abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, spam, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Kindness Trail.

Participation in the Kindness Trail is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a purchase. Payment must be successfully completed before paid digital products are made available or physical products are shipped, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product-description, or technical errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are generally made available electronically after a successful purchase.

Because computers, browsers, email systems, and internet connections vary, we cannot guarantee that every download will work perfectly on every device.

If you have difficulty accessing a purchased file, receive an incorrect file, or encounter another problem with your order, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Harmony Hollow Designs may occasionally provide free coloring pages, activities, Kindness Cards, printables, or other materials.

Unless otherwise stated, free downloads are subject to the same personal, non-commercial use restrictions as purchased digital products.

Providing a free product does not transfer ownership of Harmony Hollow Designs intellectual property.

8. Harmony Hollow Intellectual Property

The Harmony Hollow Designs name, Harmony Hollow characters, artwork, illustrations, stories, logos, product designs, website content, and other original creative materials are owned by Harmony Hollow Designs or used with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified for commercial use, or represented as someone else’s work without permission, except where expressly allowed by these Terms or by the individual product.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit comments, Kindness Trail entries, messages, testimonials, or other content through the website, you remain responsible for what you submit.

By submitting content intended to appear publicly as part of the Kindness Trail or another public Harmony Hollow feature, you give Harmony Hollow Designs permission to display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate that feature.

Please do not submit confidential information or content you do not have permission to share.
