Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 3, 2026

At Harmony Hollow Designs, we believe kindness and privacy should go hand in hand. We want you to understand what information our website collects, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. The Harmony Hollow Kindness Trail

You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to scan a Harmony Hollow Kindness Card, look up a card, or follow its journey.

When you choose to add a stop to a Kindness Card’s journey, information you voluntarily provide is used to help tell that card’s story and operate the Kindness Trail.

Participating in the Kindness Trail does not automatically add you to an email or marketing list.

Like most websites, our web server and website software may process technical information associated with a visit, such as an IP address, browser or device information, and the date and time of a request. This is separate from requiring you to identify yourself to participate in the Kindness Trail.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

We may collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us, including when you:

• Make a purchase

• Contact us or submit a form

• Create or use a customer account

• Request customer support

• Sign up for Harmony Hollow news or notifications

Depending on the activity, this information may include your name, email address, mailing or billing address, phone number, and information needed to process your request or order.

3. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase something from Harmony Hollow Designs, we collect information needed to process and fulfill your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Information necessary to complete a transaction may be shared with the payment provider handling your purchase.

Harmony Hollow Designs does not sell your personal information.

4. Free Downloads

From time to time, Harmony Hollow Designs may offer free coloring pages, activities, printables, or other downloads.

When a free item is offered without registration, you will not be required to join our marketing list simply to download it.

We may separately give you the option to sign up for notifications about future free items, products, activities, or Harmony Hollow news.

5. Email Updates and Marketing

Joining our email list is voluntary.

If you choose to subscribe, we may use your email address to let you know about new products, free downloads, activities, special announcements, and other Harmony Hollow news.

Signing up for marketing communications is separate from participating in the Kindness Trail.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages.

6. How We Use Information

8. Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to help operate our website and business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, order fulfillment, security, or other technical services.

These providers may receive information necessary to perform those services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others for their own marketing purposes.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain website security.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on why the information was collected.

11. Children’s Privacy

Harmony Hollow creates family-friendly content that children and families may enjoy. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information in order to participate in the Kindness Trail.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of websites and online services and should contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information that should be reviewed or removed.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to or use services provided by other companies. Those companies may have their own privacy practices and policies.
