Digital products are available for download after purchase. Because digital files are delivered electronically, there are no shipping charges for digital products.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, or have difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help make it right.
Printed products will be carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout whenever applicable.
